HOW WE DO BUSINESS
All enquiries are dealt with as soon as possible, we try to answer requests the same day. Books will be sent by Royal Mail (U.K Customers)
Or Airmail (Overseas Customers) unless otherwise requested.
All books listed are subject to being unsold. Dealers may get in touch and reserve books until they can get in touch with
their customers. Private customers can reserve books if paying by cheque books will be posted as soon as payment is received.
All books listed are Postage at cost. Our returns policy is, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a book you may return it within 10 days of receipt, and we will give you a full refund (postage included only if the error is ours)
METHODS OF PAYMENT.
There are Three methods of payment.
1) By cheque..... Payment may be made by cheque. We prefer payment by
cheque
to be made in Sterling. If for any reason this is not possible, a cheque in US$ (US DOLLARS) would be
acceptable (please note that a charge of $4.00 will be charged for cheques in
dollars, to help towards conversion charges by our bank.) cheques needs to be made out to R.F & C WARD and sent to the above address. PLEASE NOTE......WE DO NOT TAKE
CHEQUES IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN STERLING or US DOLLARS
2) BY CREDIT CARD.....We accept most major credit cards.. eg...Visa,
Mastercard, American Express etc...(Sorry but we cannot accept Dicover OR JBC
cards as the customer needs to be present.)
If you only have JBC or Discover you can use the PayPal
Facility.
Payment by credit card saves the cost of conversion which applies to foreign currency
checks. So in affect makes it cheaper for you to pay this way.
If you wish to pay by Credit Card we will need the following information............. TYPE OF CARD........CARD NUMBER........EXPIRY DATE...........NAME ON CARD........
SECURITY NUMBER (last three
figures found on the back of your card where you sign your name)

We buy approx. 2000 books per month and update our Web Site once a month.
